Getting Started with EasyConvo
After creating and logging into your EasyConvo account, you’ll gain access to a full suite of tools designed for learning and teaching.
To understand how EasyConvo works, it’s important to know about two things:
- Structures – how learning content is organized.
- Roles – who uses EasyConvo and what they can do.
1. Structures in EasyConvo
EasyConvo organizes learning content into two levels:
Course
- A course is a collection of chapters and lessons.
- It acts as a template that defines what students will learn.
- Created and managed by Admins.
Class
- A class is created from a course.
- It’s the active learning space where students join, complete practice activities, and receive feedback.
- Teachers monitor and support students here.
2. Roles in EasyConvo
There are three main roles in EasyConvo:
- Admins/Teachers: Manage courses and classes, create practice activities, add/remove students, and access comprehensive analytics.
- Students: Join their classes and complete practice activities.
