Resetting Your Password

It is advised to reset your password from time to time, or after your first login if you did not self sign up.

Step 1: Request a Reset

  1. Click on the Profile button in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Reset Password from the dropdown menu.
  3. A unique password reset link will be sent to your registered email.

Step 2: Set a New Password

  1. Open the email and click on the reset link.
  2. ⚠️ The reset link expires after 60 minutes.
  3. ⚠️ You can only reset your password once per day.
  4. Enter your new password when prompted.
  5. Confirm the change.

Step 3: Log Back In

  • After updating your password, log out and then log back in using your new credentials.

Troubleshooting

  • If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam/junk folder.
